Colonics in San Diego are by Bonnie Hopster. Bonnie has colonic appointments that are available Monday through Friday, including evenings. Colonics by Bonnie are also available on Saturdays by appoint only. Our San Diego colonic facility is staffed with an additional Colon Hydrotherapist who may be available on the weekend. We are ready to serve your colonic irrigation, high enema, and colonic needs.

Optimum Health Colonics also offers colon cleansing products for home use and after-colonic maintenance to help keep your colon clean when you have finished your colon hydrotherapy session.
Cancellation Policy
Colonic appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled colonic session. We will charge a single colon hydrotherapy session for missed colonic appointments or deduct the price from your pre-paid colonic package. Please be courteous and remember that we will still have to be here if you have scheduled an appointment. A credit card must be on file at the time of your colonic booking.
